An earlier generation invested independently in public securities for much of his working life. Funds originating from both sides of the family were later consolidated and invested by the next generation through a personally owned brokerage account, forming the financial foundation of the firm.
Prescott & Hale was formed when that activity expanded to include direct ownership in a private company.

Prescott & Hale has entered into an agreement to acquire a direct equity interest in Metilience Global Ltd, subject to completion.
Upon completion, this interest will represent 19% of the company’s issued share capital.
Metilience Global Ltd is a United Kingdom company operating across artificial intelligence, media and brand intellectual property.
Additional performance-linked rights are governed by a separate warrant agreement.
